Formal Pre-design reports are frequently requested for major projects at publicly funded entities such as colleges and universities. SJA did the pre-design reports for several UMD buildings: the Campus Library, Weber Music Hall, Swenson Science Building, American Indian Center, and Griggs Hall Dormitory. We also did pre-design reports for the 2003 Academic Expansion at Cultural Center at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College and, later, a Cultural Center for this rapidly growing college in Cloquet, Minn.
