SJA has done numerous facilities assessments of elderly and affordable apartments. In these cases, SJA personnel visit the development, evaluate the site, walk through the units, examine interior, exterior, and major building systems. Report documents include projected maintenance needs for future years. Clients have included HRAs in Itasca County, Duluth, Cambridge, Virginia, Carlton, Hermantown and Barnum.
