The Melrose Hospital Master Plan Study explored the site use for the facility in Melrose, Minn. It involved consideration of such elements as green space, parking requirements, site access, and neighboring properties in development of options for expansion. The Master Plan Study for CentraCare River Clinic in St. Cloud involved the remodel of an existing facility and planning for space usage of various departments.
