This project followed the current MnSCU Facilities Master Plan Update Guide to update the original FDLTCC Master Plan that was created in 1999. Working with the college’s steering committee, faculty, staff, students, and community representatives, the previous plan was reviewed and future academic and enrollment goals were set. Facility expansion options were presented and discussed, and a long-range plan was established for the future growth of the college.
